Certis Security Australia is one of the few Australian security companies to receive the International Customer Service Standard (ICSS) certification through the Customer Service Institute of Australia (CSIA). We are certified as a Corporate Bronze member.

We are proud to be recognised for adhering to an Approved Standard of the International Standards Accreditation Board – one of the largest international customer service bodies. The standards are aligned to our business structure and demonstrated through all of our practices and procedures.


Certis Security Australia has been named as a 2019 finalist in the CSIA Australian Service Excellence Awards. 

Certis Security Australia was recognised for its work in implementing a customised, integrated billing project for a major aviation client. The solution delivered wage cost savings and a seamless experience in the client’s accounting software.
