Timely, customised, flexible, bite sized, on the job learning is delivered to our teams via our global Learning Management System (Certis LMS). Laptop, desktop, tablet or smart phone, we bring the learning to the client site and can customise the content based on the environment, customer requirements and compliance factors.
Certis supports employees in enhancing their digital skills through next generation technologies such as Cloud technology, Data Analytics, Robotics and 5G technology. Training programs also incorporate the learning of digital skills such as the Office 365 suite of tools for their daily work.
Training employees to be multi-skilled workers by taking on multiple roles and develop skillsets that are needed for the future is a key pillar of our training programs. Career pathways, succession planning and individual development programs ensure our workforce stays engaged and connected to the changing environment we serve.

Registered Training Organisation
Certis Security Australia established its Registered Training Organisation (RTO) Certis Academy Australia in February 2020, with the purpose of supporting our learning and development programs on a national basis. The RTO’s focus is to deliver nationally accredited competencies, skill sets and qualifications in the area of frontline leadership and technical skills to our frontline teams.
The benefit to our people, clients and their customers in holding an RTO status, is the assurance that Certis’ training and assessment delivery programs meet industry approved standards and consistency together with reliability is guaranteed across our Australian footprint.
